  • Sanya Island Resort Phase 1

    Concept design for an 850 unit, 80,200 m² luxury beachfront resort designed as a “sleeping dragon” utilising a prefabricated structure and accomodation “pod” system. Completed in partnership with 2Define Architecture, Hainan Province, China - 2013

  • Sanya Island Resort Masterplan

    Masterplan and feasibility study for a 2 million m² residential and hotel resort comprised of 3 phases including reclaimed peninsula and islands. Completed in partnership with 2Define Architecture, Hainan Province, China - 2013

    Masterplan and Concept Design Competition for 575,000m², comprising 18 buildings including a landmark 82 storey (184m tall) office tower, residential towers, hotel and service apartments, retail, and landscaped riverfront promenade. Completed in partnership with 2Define Architecture, Guang Gu Kun Lun City, Wuhan, China - 2013

  • Kunshan Bookstore

    Competition and Concept Design for a 90,000m², 17 storey prototype multi-media bookstore and media-mart. Additional programme includes office, parking and below grade retail connections. Completed in partnership with 2Define Architecture, Kunshan, China - 2013

  • Wenzhou Qi Du Island

    Feasibilty Study for a 469,893m² mixed use development, comprising 4 buildings including a landmark 82 storey (350m tall) tower, residential towers, retail village and marina. Completed in partnership with 2Define Architecture, Wenzhou, China, 2012

  • Msheireb Downtown Doha, Phase 1B

    Competition winning design developed to concept and schematic design for a 50,000m² mixed-use development of 7 buildings around the central city square to regenerate the centre of Doha, completed and commenced on site in association with Executive Architects Burns & McDonnell, 2011. Due for completion 2016.

  • Msheireb Downtown Doha, Phase 1C

    Concept and schematic design for a 15,000m² office building, completed to Tender stage in association with Executive Architects Burns & McDonnell, 2011. Due for completion 2016.

  • Msheireb Downtown Doha, Phase 3

    Completed to design development for a 50,000m² mixed-use development of 5 buildings including a high fashion retail court with removeable roof, 2011. Due for completion in 2016 in association with Executive Architects Gensler.

  • Msheireb Downtown Doha, Phase 4

    Completed schematic design for a 50,000m² office led development of 2 office towers (25 and 19 storeys), a 3 storey retail flagship building and connections to the new Doha Metro System, 2011. Due for completion in 2016 in association with Executive Architects HOK.
